Massive Visuals. Flawless Clarity.

LED wall hire and LED screen hire on the Gold Coast — bright, sharp indoor and outdoor video walls for conferences, concerts and events, delivered and operated.

Our Approach

Your Content, Bigger and Brighter.

Projectors wash out in ambient light. Fixed screens limit your layout. LED walls solve both problems — vivid, high-contrast visuals that work indoors or outdoors, day or night, in any configuration you need.

We supply, transport and operate modular LED wall systems that can be configured to virtually any width and height. Whether you need a 6m backdrop, a centrepiece feature wall, or a side-screen configuration for a conference, we build it to fit your brief.

Every build is managed by our technical crew from arrival to packdown. We integrate with your content, your stage and your AV system seamlessly.

LED Wall Hire on the Gold Coast, Delivered and Operated

LED wall hire on the Gold Coast has become the default for events that can't afford a dim, washed-out picture. If you've ever watched a projector fight a room full of windows, you already know why. LED walls make their own light, so the image stays punchy whether you're in a sun-drenched ballroom at Surfers Paradise, a black-box stage at Broadbeach, or out in the open at a Burleigh Heads activation. The brighter the room, the bigger the gap between an LED wall and anything else.

We don't just drop panels at the door and wish you luck. Every OnPoint LED screen hire is delivered, rigged, processed and run by our own crew, then de-rigged and packed when the lights come up. One team, one invoice, no hand-offs between a hire desk and a separate labour company. For a producer juggling a run sheet, that's the difference between a wall that 'mostly works' and a wall that does exactly what the brief said, on cue, all day.

Because we're an AV and production house as well as a hire portal, the wall plugs into the rest of your show without a fight. Switchers, comms, audio, lighting and content playback all come from the same crew who built the screen, so there's nobody to point fingers when a feed drops. You get a single point of contact from the spec call to packdown.

Pixel Pitch in Plain English

Pixel pitch is the one spec that trips everyone up, so here it is without the jargon: it's the gap in millimetres between each LED dot. A smaller number means the dots sit closer together, which means a sharper picture and the ability to stand closer without seeing the grid instead of the image. Our panels are P2.604 — 2.6 mm between pixels, 192 × 192 px across every 500 mm of cabinet. As a planning rule the picture is pixel-perfect from about 3.4 times the pitch in metres, so roughly 9m at 2.6 mm, and it still reads cleanly well inside that.

That one number is why the same wall covers a keynote and a festival. Front-row guests reading slides from a few metres back sit inside the range where 2.6 mm holds up, and a crowd watching from 20 or 50 metres is well past it. A coarser panel only starts to make sense on a screen nobody gets within about 15m of, so there's no second product to pick between — pitch sets viewing distance, and 2.6 mm covers conference, stage, sport and outdoor work alike.

Brightness is a separate dial, and it isn't a decision you have to make either. The cabinets we hire out are the outdoor build — 5000 nits and IP-rated — so they hold their picture against daylight at an open-air activation and get dimmed right down for a dark ballroom. Tell us the room, the furthest viewer and the kind of content, and we'll size the wall so it looks sharp from every seat that's actually filled.

Conferences, Concerts, Sport and Retail Across SEQ

LED video wall hire for Gold Coast conferences is where the 2.6 mm pitch earns its keep: a seamless centre screen for keynote slides, side walls for IMAG, and a clean stage look that photographs well for the recap reel. For concerts and festivals we build the same cabinets bigger, and they hold up under stage lighting and full sun. Sporting events get scoreboards, replays and sponsor loops; retail and brand activations get eye-catching feature walls that pull foot traffic in a shopping centre or pop-up at Robina, Southport or Bundall.

Sizing and rigging are part of the same conversation. A wall can hang from truss, stack on ground support, sit on a stage as a backdrop, or wrap a corner in portrait or landscape — but each of those needs the right structure, weight loading and power planned in advance. We handle the rigging design, the content prep and the on-the-day operation as one job, so you're not coordinating three suppliers to get one picture on screen. Hand us your slides, video or live feed and we make it land.

We cover the Gold Coast end to end — Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Southport, Robina, Burleigh Heads, Bundall and up to Coomera — and we travel for it. Brisbane LED wall hire, Byron Bay and the Sunshine Coast are all regular runs for our crew, so a wedding marquee on the hinterland or a corporate stage in the Brisbane CBD gets the same broadcast-quality kit and the same delivered-and-operated service. One call covers South East Queensland.

Our panels

2.6 mm pitch · 192 px per 500 mm · 5000 nits, daylight-rated

One cabinet, in two body sizes — 1 m × 0.5 m and 0.5 m × 0.5 m — hung upright, the way they are built. Bright enough to read in daylight outdoors, and dimmed right down indoors. Every wall below is worked out from those exact panels.

1 · Where are you starting from?

Tell us the opening you have to fill and we work backwards to the biggest wall that fits it.

2 · Your space

Leftover after the wall: 0.5 m across, with 50 mm clearance held back each side.

Drop the clearance and your opening takes 12 × 7 cells (6 × 3.5 m) 1 more column and 1 more row, edge to edge with nothing to spare. — only if you have measured the opening yourself and nothing (feet, bumper, skirt) sits outside the panels.

561 kg of panel (673 kg with bars, bumper and looms) 3 cabinets high → ground support recommended. These are planning figures — consult a qualified rigger, and a structural engineer for any freestanding outdoor wall (AS/NZS 1170.2 wind load).

6 rows is even, so mounted portrait (the cabinet's native orientation) this wall needs ZERO 500×500 panels — 11 columns of 3 stacked 1000×500, one spare pool, one cabinet weight, one lift procedure.

Mounted PORTRAIT (500 mm wide × 1000 mm tall, the native orientation), WIDTH moves in 0.5 m steps — every column is exactly one panel wide — while HEIGHT moves in 1.0 m steps because each column is a stack of 1000 mm cabinets. Each odd-height wall costs one 500×500 per column, so the widest odd-height wall you can close is however many 500×500s you buy.

Planning figures, not a sign-off. We confirm weight, power and rigging against the datasheet for the cabinets going out on your job, and any flown wall needs a qualified rigger.

How this works: both cabinets are 500 mm WIDE, so every wall is a grid of 500 mm cells. The 1 m cabinet is 500 × 1000 mm and stands upright — one cell wide, two cells tall, filling two vertically adjacent cells in the same column. That is why the WIDTH moves in 0.5 m steps (every column is exactly one panel wide) while the HEIGHT moves in 1.0 m steps — and why an even number of ROWS needs no half panels at all, while an odd row count costs one 500 × 500 per COLUMN. Pitch is square, so the picture ends up the same shape as the wall: 1 m across is two cells, 384 pixels at P2.604.

FAQs

Common Questions

We can build walls from 2m wide up to 10m+ wide and custom heights. We spec the right size for your venue and viewing distances.

Yes. Our cabinets are the outdoor, IP-rated build of the P2.604 panel at 5000 nits, which holds its picture in full daylight. The same cabinets go indoors dimmed right down, so there is no separate indoor or outdoor screen to choose between.

We accept video (MP4/ProRes/HAP), images (PNG/JPG), PowerPoint, Keynote and live feed inputs. We can also provide content management software.

Yes — IMAG (image magnification) from our cameras or your own feed can be routed to the wall alongside other content.

A 6m × 3m wall typically takes 3–4 hours to assemble, process and calibrate. Larger builds require a full rig day.
