AV EVENT SERVICES
AV, media, internet and equipment hire — planned, crewed and delivered by one team. One call covers the lot.

PA hire and sound system hire on the Gold Coast — dry hire to collect yourself, or delivered, tuned and operated front-of-house for any venue or crowd size.
Bad audio at an event is immediately noticeable. Feedback, drop-outs, muffled speech and uneven levels ruin the experience before anyone's even looked at the screen. We make sure none of that happens.
Our sound engineers design PA systems for each venue and event type — from intimate boardrooms to outdoor stages — factoring in room acoustics, attendee count and the specific requirements of each presenter or performer.
Every system is tuned, tested and ready before doors open. Our engineers are at front-of-house for the full duration, adjusting in real time so the mix is always right.
There are two ways to get sound at your event, and knowing the difference saves you money. Dry PA hire means you collect a speaker system, plug it in and run it yourself — perfect for a backyard party, a small market stall, a school assembly or a function where someone confident handles the music off a laptop. Full sound engineering means we deliver, rig, tune and operate the system with an engineer at front-of-house for the whole show. You don't touch a fader; you just talk, perform or present.
If your event has a single playlist and a couple of speeches, PA hire on the Gold Coast is usually all you need. The moment you've got multiple radio mics, a live band, a panel that swaps presenters, or a livestream feed to manage, an operated rig earns its keep — feedback, level jumps and dead mics are exactly the problems a good engineer kills before the room ever notices.
We hire both ways. Grab a sound system off our online catalogue and run it yourself, or book the same broadcast-quality gear with a crew attached. Same kit, your call on who drives it.
The most common mistake in sound system hire is guessing. A pair of powered speakers that fills a Burleigh cafe will disappear in a Broadbeach ballroom, and a concert rig in a boardroom is just expensive overkill. Getting it right comes down to three things: how many people, how big the space, and whether it's indoors or out.
As a rough guide, a single speaker on a stand covers a small meeting or a 30-to-50 person function. Add a sub and a second top and you're comfortable for a 150-person wedding reception or corporate dinner. Bigger crowds, long rooms or outdoor sites need more boxes spread for even coverage so the back row hears the same mix as the front — and outdoors you always need more power, because there are no walls to keep the sound in.
Speech and music also pull in opposite directions. A conference wants clarity and intelligibility above all; a live music gig wants headroom and low-end punch. Tell us the headcount, the venue and the vibe, and we'll spec a system that suits the job instead of selling you boxes you'll never switch on.
We cover the full spread of events. Conference audio hire with lectern mics, lapels and a clean recording feed. Wedding sound that carries vows over coastal wind and switches cleanly into the reception. Live music with proper foldback and stage monitoring. Corporate launches, awards nights, gala dinners, panels, outdoor activations — different rooms, same goal: every word heard, every track tight.
Pickup is easy if you're local — collect your speaker hire, take it away and bring it back. But most clients booking a real event want it delivered, set up and run, and that's where one team and one invoice beats stitching together a hire shop, a separate operator and a venue tech. We handle the lot.
We're based on the Gold Coast and work right across South East Queensland — Surfers Paradise, Southport, Robina, Bundall, Coomera and the hinterland, up to Brisbane, down to Byron Bay and across to the Sunshine Coast. Hotels, surf clubs, convention centres, marquees, warehouses and beachfronts: if it has a room or a paddock and a power point, we've put sound in something like it before.

ENQUIRE →How It Works
We assess the venue acoustics, your run sheet and speaker/performer requirements to specify the right system.
System is rigged, tuned and each microphone and monitor position is checked before the first presenter arrives.
Engineers are at FOH for the full event. We bump out after the last session and leave the venue as we found it.
