You don't have to be in the same postcode as your editor — or even the same state. Plenty of our editing clients send footage from interstate and overseas, and the process is built to be painless. Upload your raw files to a shared link, drop us the brief, any brand assets and a reference or two for the feel you're chasing, and we take it from there. No couriered hard drives, no studio visits unless you want one.

Review happens online. We deliver a private link you can watch on any device, scrub through and comment on, frame-accurate, so feedback is specific instead of a vague 'can it pop more.' One round of amends is built into every standard edit, and because everything runs through one team, your notes go straight to the person on the timeline — no agency middle layer, no telephone game, no hand-offs.

We're also happy to edit footage you've already captured. If you filmed it yourself, hired another crew, or have an archive sitting on a drive doing nothing, send it over — we accept all the professional formats and most camera-native codecs, and confirm everything is workable at intake before any time is billed. Where it gets seamless is when we shoot and edit under one roof: our operators capture with the edit already in mind, so it's one team, one invoice and no finger-pointing if something's missing.

Turnaround is honest, not heroic. Standard delivery runs five to seven business days from an approved rough cut, and rush options exist when you've got a hard deadline — tell us the date up front. What drives the timeline is real: total footage volume, the number of deliverables, how much motion graphics and captioning is involved, and how quickly your amends come back. Tight, well-organised briefs move fast; sprawling ones with five rounds of changes take longer, and we'll tell you the truth about what's achievable before you commit.

We're based on the Gold Coast and edit for clients right across South East Queensland — Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, Southport, Robina, Burleigh Heads and Coomera through to Brisbane, Byron Bay and the Sunshine Coast. If your shoot happened at a convention centre, a hotel ballroom or a conference space anywhere in the region, the footage finds its way to us and comes back as finished content. Local matters when timing is tight — a same-day social cut from a Broadbeach conference is far easier when your editor shares your time zone — but none of it is geographically locked.
