The Challenge
Scale My Clinic needed a complete AV package for their two-day conference — a polished, professionally run event with seamless presenter support, full audience coverage and a high-energy atmosphere from the moment the room opened.
Our Approach
We supplied a full PA system with a dedicated audio technician on the floor throughout both days. The microphone setup covered every format — four handheld wireless mics, one headset, a Catch Box for audience Q&A, and additional audience microphones for open floor moments. A dedicated operator handled PowerPoint control and video playback from the tech station, keeping presenters hands-free and transitions tight.
What We Delivered
The Outcome
Sound stingers were integrated into the session runsheet for walk-ons, breaks and award moments, adding production energy to key points in the programme. Two cameras and a vision switcher handled the capture and any in-room display needs, with a dedicated video tech running alongside the audio engineer throughout.
