The Challenge

A cadet squadron runs like a small organisation — members to track, parade nights to run, programs to plan, a canteen to stock, equipment and uniforms to issue. They were juggling it across spreadsheets, paper and group chats. We built them a single staff portal that runs the whole unit.

Our Approach

The platform covers the lot: a cadet roster with records, parade-night attendance, an activity program and calendar, duty rosters for staff, equipment and uniform stores with issue tracking, packing lists for camps, visit and feedback management, and a canteen ordering system with sessions and credit. Staff get one dashboard instead of five tools.

It is built to be re-used, not rebuilt. The whole thing is white-label — colours, logo and branding are configurable per unit — so the same platform can be stood up for another squadron or cadet organisation quickly. It is an installable Progressive Web App, so staff run it from their phones on parade night.
