The Brief
“A complete business platform for a photographer and business coach — online bookings, private client galleries, contracts with e-signing, quotes, payments and a full client portal, running two brands from one system.”
The Challenge
Fire N Honey is Sarah Taylor's business — professional photography on one side and business coaching (her "Growth Studio") on the other. Two distinct brands with their own look and audience, run from a single custom platform we designed and built. It's a great example of range: the same team that builds a hire company's fleet and booking system also builds a beautiful, client-facing studio platform.
Our Approach
For the photography side, clients book sessions online, choose mini-sessions, buy gift vouchers and receive their finished work through private, downloadable galleries. The coaching side runs sessions, shares resources and manages coaching agreements. Both brands share one polished client portal where customers sign in without a password to see their bookings, galleries, contracts, quotes, invoices and messages in one place.
Underneath it is a full back-office: a booking calendar, contracts with on-screen e-signing, quotes and invoicing, online payments, automated email reminders and templates, and an admin dashboard with finance and stats. It is built as an installable Progressive Web App with push notifications — so Sarah runs her whole business, and her clients manage theirs, from their phones.
