The Brief
“Simultaneous live stream to YouTube, Vimeo and custom RTMP endpoint — with broadcast graphics, lower thirds and clean audio integration.”
The Challenge
This conference organiser needed their event broadcast to three separate audiences simultaneously: the general public on YouTube, members via a Vimeo-hosted embed on their website, and a corporate partner via a private RTMP stream. A single-destination setup wasn't an option — all three streams had to run live at the same time.
Our Approach
We configured a multi-destination encoder workflow feeding each platform in parallel, with independent bitrate and resolution targets for each destination. A custom graphics package was built for the event — animated bumpers, speaker lower thirds and a branded holding slate for session breaks.

The Outcome
Audio was integrated directly from the room's PA system, processed and mixed at our broadcast station before being encoded into the stream — ensuring the online audience heard the same balanced audio as the room.
