The Challenge

This full-day corporate conference required a complete AV package that could support keynote presentations, panel sessions and awards segments without interruption. We built out a 3-camera switched production with a dedicated vision mixing station, covering the stage from multiple angles to deliver clean, broadcast-quality footage throughout the day.

Our Approach

A wireless microphone array covered the stage and floor for Q&A, with a full PA designed for the room's acoustics. Raised staging gave the main stage a strong visual presence and clear sightlines for all 150 attendees.

The Outcome

Alongside the main production, we ran a separate interview setup for structured on-camera interviews with key speakers and guests throughout the day. A photographer covered both the main stage and the room, giving the client a complete set of stills and footage for post-event communications.
