We built this for our own install work, then turned it into a product. It runs a job from the first quote to the final client sign-off — on a phone, in a roof cavity, with no signal.
Every install carries a bill of materials, a pack list so nothing is left at the workshop, labour and time tracking, a commissioning checklist that has to pass before the job can be closed, and a digital sign-off the client signs on screen. Site surveys and photos are captured against the job, and documents are versioned so you always have the latest plan.
