The brief
An annual three-day conference needed the whole event captured — speaker interviews, fast-turnaround highlight reels to play on the night, promo content and full coverage, edited across multiple formats.
What we did
A dedicated two-camera interview room with professional lighting and a boom mic; a four-camera gala-dinner setup (stage zoom, wide, audience and presenter sides, plus a roaming gimbal); and gimbal and tripod B-roll across the event. A three-person crew shot and edited on site, delivering twelve interview videos, a highlight reel shown at the gala, a location-reveal video, five mixed edits, a promo video, and full gala and awards coverage.
The outcome
A complete, professional record of the event and content that lifted attendee engagement.
