Corporate Conference AV Production
Full-room AV, multi-camera image magnification and a flawless run-of-show for a corporate conference.
The brief
A corporate client needed crystal-clear audio across the room, flexible mics for different presenters, seamless slides, live image-magnification (IMAG) on the big screens, and a polished, professionally-run stage — handled end to end.
What we did
A full AV package — speaker system with handheld, lapel and headset mics; a two-camera IMAG setup to LED screens; a presenter confidence monitor with countdown; stage and moving-head lighting with uplighting; walk-in and break music with presenter-intro stingers; and crew comms throughout. Our four-person crew (camera operator, sound engineer, vision mixer and AV assistant) rehearsed, ran the live show and delivered the session recordings — all on our own gear, with hot backups on site and $20M public liability cover.
The outcome
A seamless run-of-show, strong attendee engagement and excellent feedback on the AV.
