Overview
Build your LED screen to the size you need, panel by panel. These are Unilumin URM III P3.9 outdoor panels — 4,500 nits and IP65 weather-rated, so the picture holds in full daylight, and they dim right down for a ballroom.
Popular screen sizes (panels hang upright, 500 mm wide × 1000 mm tall):
- 3.5 × 2 m (159″) — 14 panels
- 4.5 × 2.5 m (203″) — 18 panels + 9 half panels
- 5.5 × 3 m (247″) — 33 panels
- 5 × 4.5 m (265″) — our biggest single screen: 40 panels + 10 half panels
Every screen needs one NovaStar processor, hired with it. Heights of 1.5, 2.5 or 3.5 m add a row of half panels (0.5 × 0.5 m), hired separately.

Multi-day rates are applied automatically rather than negotiated: 1 day is $130, two days is $234 against $260 for two separate single days, 2 days is $234, and a week is $683. You do not need a code or a phone call to get that; the rate drops as soon as you set your dates.
Multiples can go out on the same booking where the dates allow, so tell us how many you need and we will confirm against the calendar rather than guess.
What comes with the LED Screen Panel
Every LED Screen Panel — P3.9 Outdoor (1 m × 0.5 m) hire includes 1 × Unilumin URM III P3.9 panel (500 × 1000 mm) and power and data link cables. That is what our crew brings and installs on the day. Everything is checked and tested between hires.
Screen choice comes down to viewing distance and ambient light far more often than resolution, which is why a smaller bright panel frequently beats a larger dim one. Pickup, delivery and setup
The LED Screen Panel — P3.9 Outdoor (1 m × 0.5 m) is delivered, set up and tested by our crew, then collected again afterwards. Pickup is not offered for this item, so delivery is quoted with the hire rather than added later — tell us the venue and the access, and setup and packdown are priced into the same quote. We run deliveries across the Gold Coast and out through Brisbane, Tweed Heads, Byron Bay and the Sunshine Coast.
An operator can be supplied with the LED Screen Panel — P3.9 Outdoor (1 m × 0.5 m) if you would rather not run it yourself. That is worth considering for a live event, where there is no second take and nobody has time to learn the gear on the day.
