Overview
This 300m outdoor armoured single-mode fibre reel provides a 2-core LC/UPC fibre run for long-distance signal or network transport at events and productions. The armoured construction and weatherproof connectors make it suited to outdoor and cross-venue deployments.
You will also need: SFP transceivers or a media converter at each end to convert between fibre and your equipment (SDI, network or HDMI). LC patch leads are also required to connect the reel to patch panels or converters — all available as add-ons. Fibre runs require basic technical knowledge to terminate and test — contact us if you need deployment support.
