Overview
The Event PA Bundle is a complete audio package for conferences, presentations and corporate events. It includes two EV Evolve 50 column speaker systems, the Yamaha DM3 digital mixer with Dante, two Sennheiser EW300 G4 wireless handheld microphones, XLR cables, a Gravity microphone stand and a 15A extension lead.
This package covers the core audio needs for a panel, keynote or multi-speaker session without requiring additional items for typical conference formats. Suited to up to 350 guests for speech-primary events.
For events requiring a dedicated audio operator, livestream audio mix or additional microphone channels, contact us and we can extend this package or quote with operator support.

There is no multi-day discount on a bundle — the saving sits in the kit price rather than being applied afterwards.
Multiples can go out on the same booking where the dates allow, so tell us how many you need and we will confirm against the calendar rather than guess.

Every Event PA Bundle – Conference & Presentations hire includes 2x EV Evolve 50 Portable Column Speaker Systems, 1x Yamaha DM3 Digital Mixer with Dante, 2x Sennheiser EW300 G4-865 Wireless Handheld Systems, 2x Gravity Tripod Microphone Stands, 4x XLR Audio Cables (assorted lengths), 1x 15A 240V Extension Lead and power leads and cables. That is what goes out with the hire. Everything is checked and tested between hires.
Kits are put together so the pieces are known to work with each other, which removes the usual risk of assembling a package part by part. Pickup, delivery and setup
